A 48-month warranty applies to the standard frames of all OUBLANC Pilates Reformers. A standard frame refers to an original frame that has not been modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than OUBLANC.

A 12-month warranty applies to springs, straps, and ropes. This warranty does not cover cuts, burns, stains, dirt, damage caused by abrasive, corrosive, or chemical cleaning products, or damage resulting from misuse or improper use. OUBLANC may require photos or other proof of damage to evaluate warranty claims. If the original material is unavailable, OUBLANC will provide a replacement of comparable quality and value.

The fabric and upholstery of OUBLANC equipment are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not cover cuts, burns, stains, dirt, damage caused by abrasive, corrosive, or chemical cleaning products, or damage resulting from misuse or improper use. OUBLANC may require photos or other proof of damage to evaluate warranty claims. If the original fabric is unavailable, OUBLANC will provide a replacement fabric of comparable quality and value.

Certain components — including ropes, upholstery, straps, grips, elastic bands, mats, and other parts subject to friction, moisture, or regular wear — may have a shorter expected lifespan depending on usage frequency, maintenance, and care conditions.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear resulting from regular use, or damage caused by improper use, insufficient maintenance, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, repairs, or handling.

In such cases, the product will be considered to be functioning as expected when its performance remains consistent with the intended use and the typical lifespan of similar products.

• The safety, maintenance, and usage instructions provided in the applicable equipment manuals are not followed.
• The equipment is used for any purpose other than its intended use, stored or operated outdoors, or placed in environments without proper climate or humidity control.
• A home reformer is used in Pilates studios, fitness or health clubs, gyms, spas, or any other type of commercial fitness facility.
• The equipment has been subject to accidents, misuse, abuse, improper servicing, unauthorized repairs, or any modifications not approved by OUBLANC.

Except for the limited warranties expressly stated above, OUBLANC disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

OUBLANC shall not be responsible for any use, modification, or handling of its products that is inconsistent with the intended use, product instructions, or applicable safety guidelines. No oral or written information, advice, or representation provided by OUBLANC or its representatives shall create any warranty beyond the warranties expressly stated herein or modify the scope of these warranty limitations.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, any applicable implied warranties shall be limited to the minimum duration permitted by law.

By purchasing or accepting delivery of an OUBLANC product, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the warranties provided by OUBLANC are limited to those expressly stated in this warranty policy.
