How to use the tower?

The Tower allows for a wide range of exercises—you can sit, lie down, kneel, or stand on the carriage while training. When you place the mat converter over the carriage gap, it locks the carriage in place and turns the unit into a stable mat/half-Cadillac station, giving you a full-body workout with all the tower springs and bars.

Can multiple people use the same reformer?

Yes. This reformer is designed for multiple users with different fitness levels and experience. The adjustable spring resistance makes it suitable for beginners while still providing enough challenge for more experienced Pilates practitioners. It’s a great option for families to share and enjoy home Pilates workouts together.

How much space do I need for the reformer?

You need at least a 3.5 x 8 ft space for the reformer machine. A more comfortable space is about 7 x 10 ft.

Is the carriage movement smooth and quiet?

Yes. The carriage glides smoothly and quietly during workouts. Like most reformers, you may hear a brief spring vibration when the carriage is returned quickly or forcefully. This is completely normal and can be minimized by returning the carriage slowly.

How long does it take to assemble?

It takes 15-20 mins to set up the foldable reformer, and another 20-30 mins to install the tower. Please read the user guide first and have all the accessories organized before assembly.

What tools do I need?

Tools and accessories are included for assembly.

How many boxes are shipped?

Your order will be shipped in 2 (without sitting box) or 3 (with sitting box) boxes.

Will you deliver to the door or upstairs?

The package may be left by the porch, the garage door, or by the road. For apartments, it can be delivered upstairs.

Way better than I expected. This foldable Pilates reformer glides incredibly smoothly and comes with 9 springs. I can mix and match them to get exactly the resistance I want.

Everything works just as described. It may not be a professional studio setup, but for home use, it’s a great value and has everything I need.

It's obviously not the kind for studio use, but it's a great option for home use at this price. It arrived in two heavy boxes with quite a few parts, so you'll definitely want someone to help with the setup. Installing the headrest, pulleys, foot bar, and feet was pretty easy for us. The tower was a little trickier to install, and you'll definitely want an extra pair of hands for that.

My suggestion is to organize all the accessories first and read through the manual before you start. It made the assembly process a lot easier.
